Being a Co-Pilot
Hey, what's up? Haven't posted anything for a while! I got some good pictures to share. Take a look!
So, Williamsport Millionaires Baseball Team had a trip to Myrtle Beach for some kind of tournament. My host-brother is in the team. Unfortunately, he got his mouth wired shut, a week before the trip. My host-parents planned on accompanying him to the beach and I asked them if I could go along. And, what did they say? YES! yeah buddyyyyy, I was so 'joo' at that time! Because I knew I would go with the private plane : Frailey Airways! Here are some pictures from Williamsport, PA - Myrtle Beach, SC!

So, I got some instant spices from online store for Nasi Goreng Spesial Indonesia (Indonesian Fried Rice). Then, I decided to make some for my host-family, while my host-mom was gone for a meeting.
Dr. Frailey - my host-dad - liked my fried rice and he said it was DELICIOUS! what a blast!
Here is my host-bro, Nate. He likes spicy stuff, so I gave him this and he liked it as well!
So, my conclusion is MOM, FINALLY I CAN COOK! HAHAHA I have been grown up and can cook by myself! I am so proud and ... surprised!

My hostbrother goes to Penn State - Chemical Engineering. He came home for Spring Break. I got nothing to do at home on Saturday and so he asked me to go to Penn State to watch the game. We went there with his two friends, Zach and Bobby. They are all sophomores in college if I am not mistaken. It was not a long drive, only 1 hour or so. Bryan always says that Penn State is garbage in basketball haha I know it from their records but oh well, I still like to watch some basketball games. So here is some cool pics and vids!

Only 4 Months Left
Hello bloggers! What's up?
I haven't written anything in this blog for a while, so I decided at least to post something haha. Alright, so today is March 7, 2010 and only 4 months left until I go back to Indonesia. I have done a lot of things and I kept all that in my mind. I have been here like almost 7 months and already settled. Hmm, I like it here so much. I love Williamsport, PA. Although I live in a big city (Jakarta, Indonesia), but Williamsport is so peaceful without any traffic jam.
Now, I live with the Fraileys. This is my third and last home for my exchange year. hahaha kinda like homeless because I often move haha But, it's alright. I get over it. I live in a nice house now. It has a basement, main floor, and upstairs. I have my own room upstairs. It is a guest room and it is pretty nice. In the basement, I can play anything I want. There are Wii, Playstation 2, Nintendo 64, Air Hockey and DVD player. The main floor has all the stuffs that we need like kitchen, TV room and dining table. There are 4 rooms upstairs. Oh yea, they have a dog as well. His name is "Bali". Isn't it a cool name? haha It reminds me of the coolest island in Indonesia, BALI. lmao lmao!
Hmm, probably I am going back to SMA Negeri 61 Jakarta on July. I have to repeat my senior year. It sucks, I know but these experiences are unforgettable for me. I will never forget this until I die. I took my SAT test here and I got a pretty bad score -_- The total is 1420 out of 2400 haha I did not study at all before the test and I just guessed. So, I got so many points off from it. I am so jealous with Darizky Setyorini who got like 2100 something and she got a scholarship to UCLA - Faculty of Law. She is so so so amazing! Furthermore, Trahmono got a PMDK FKUI (Scholarship to Universitas Indonesia Medical School)!!!!!! That is so cool! He is my buddy from my junior year. I hope I can be like him next year. Wish me luck! (I wanna be a doctor as well! :P)
That's about it. Oh well, I will upload some pictures in the next post.

Straight News from Williamsport!
Here is what Scott Pershall thinks about me after I live with him for 2 months :
Willy is a guy who is full of life, creativity, and excitement. He loves to learn new things and experience as much has he can in life. On one occasion, Willy, several other friends, and I, traveled to Washington DC to see the Smithsonian Museums and the National Gallery. While there, Willy managed to arrange a meeting with another Indonesian boy, who met us near the Air and Space Museum. After touring museums and monuments, we walked many blocks to the campus of George Washington University. Shortly after, Willy’s friend had to go back home, and we said goodbye. It was only after he left us, that we found out that he and Willy had never met before! They had only been connected through Facebook. Willy enjoys meeting new people, and takes many opportunities to learn about the world around him. When asked about his home country of Indonesia, Willy can express clearly the things that he enjoyed doing with his friends, and is quick to draw comparisons with things that students here might do. He also speaks clearly of the ways that his country tries to develop industry and technology. I have also learned more about the Islamic beliefs practiced by many Indonesian people, and have benefitted from talking with Willy about similarities and differences in what many Americans believe. I am grateful for Willy’s candid sense of humor and openness to try different things. Thanks Willy!

The new topic is : School Life!
First of all, American school is all about freedom of wearing anything. It means you can choose your own style to go to school haha
Hell yes, this is my outfit for school :
I like to wear T-Shirt, jeans, sneakers, and my hoodie. I also use my iPod while I'm waiting for the schoolbus hahaha and then, I like my "Batik" backpack because everybody in my school likes it and says that it's cool! hahaha
Next, I want to introduce you all about my NEW School ID! hahaha

Well, all of the students in Williamsport HS have many different ways to express themselves how to appear at school. Yeah, maybe some of them wear shirt and shorts or hoodie with pants and for the girls maybe they wear shirt and hotpants or their soccer jersey yeah. It depends on what they want to wear for school. But, no tank top!!! hahahaha

First Day at Williamsport High School
Hey, how is it going everyone? What did you do this Tuesday?
I have gone to school last Tuesday for the first time!
And I wanna share some stories about my new life in my new school. haha chill out!
Okay then, here we go!
Eh, Saya mau pakai Bahasa Indonesia aja ya soalnya saya cinta Indonesia! haha
Pertama-tama, gue mau ngasihtau "subjects" apa aja yg gue ambil disini :
- Web Page Design
- US History Honors
- English 11 H (American Literature)
- Drama I / Drama II
- Calculus I H AP
- Physical Education 04 / Physical Education 05 -->
- 04= Lifetime Sports: Tennis,Golf,Ultimate Frisbee,etc
- 05=Teamsports: Basketball, Football, Baseball,etc
- Biology II (AP Biology)
Nah skrg gue jelasin bedanya:
Kalo kelas Reguler itu biasa aja (yaiyalah)
Kalo kelas Honors itu artinya tingkatan lebih sulit dari Reguler dan membutuh kerja lebih keras!
Kalo kelas AP itu lebih sulit dari Honors dan di akhir taun plajaran kita bisa mengikuti AP test. AP test berguna untuk college credit gitu2 deeeeh.

Oke deh hari pertama sekolah Tuesday, 9/1/2009:
Gue bangun jam 3.45 am (buset pagi amat lo woy) karena lagi bulan ramadhan jadi gue harus nyiapin sahur buat gue sendiri hahaha (sok bisa masak)
Gue makan sereal, roti pake strawberry jam, beef ramen, yoghurt dan minum air yg banyak haha
Habis itu sekitar jam 5an, gue nyuci piring dan beresin dapur haha trus mandi deh.
Next, gue solat subuh sebelum fajar mulai menyingsing (ceileh)
Nah jam 6, hostdad gue bangun dan menawarkan apakah gue mau dianter ke jalanan untuk menunggu di pickup Schoolbus? gue menjawab,"No, you don't have to. I'm fine" dengan sok asik dan sok tau nya gue pgn jalan sendirian ke jalanan nunggu schoolbus HAHAHA
Ohya, pagi itu dingin bangeeeeet. Gue cuman pake kaos NFG yg dikasih Ferinda,Diantoro,Dayen pas gue ultah hahaha (makasih ya bestie gue hahaha) sama clana jeans dan sepatu running + kaos kaki. Habis cek semua perlengkapan, gue jalan menuju Susque Road!
Schoolbusnya tuh harusnya dateng jam 6.20, tapi gue gatau bakal dtg dari arah mane haha
Gue nunggu di seberang jalan aja deh dengan soktaunya HAHAHA
Eh tautau, pas gue liat jam ternyata udah jam 6.25 dan ada schoolbus dari arah berlawanan dengan kecepatan diatas 60 miles (soktau deng wakaka)
Gue cuman bisa gigit jari dan langsung pgn balik kermh karna gue kira gue udah ketinggalan bus hahaha eh tautau tuh ada bus lg nyamper lagi jam 6.45 sebelum gue mau jalan balik kermh haha
And you know what? trnyata itu ada lah bus yg sama,tadinya gue kira bus pertama salah haha
-_- brhubung gue anak exchange yg baru sekolah, gue ngasitau nama gue dan titik temu gue dgn schoolbus dulu. Tau gak cuy? gue nulis di kertas gitu smbl menggigil hahaha dingin parah sih! (gatau deh winter kyk gimana ntar, dingin ato beku) hahaha
Bus driver nya wanita loh! haha namanya Joyce.
Trus gue duduk di bangku nomer 3 gitu, di depan2 soalnya gue kan blm punya temen haha
bus nya ga rame2 bgt sih, jd bnyk yg duduk sendirian juga kyk gue.
Perjalanan lama juga tuh, mana dingin pula! haha
Akhirnya sampai juga di sekolaaaaaaaaah!
Gue lgsg ngeliat jadwal pertama gue yaitu Web Des dan gue langsung mencari ruangan G104 yg artinya ada di lantai 1, blok G. Busetdah tuh banyak bet org di Hallway, gue harus nyelip! haha
Gurunya baik banget,trus dikasih form2 gitu deeeeh disuruh isi haha trus ada seniors travel loh jadi para senior brkumpul dan itu seru bgt hahahaha gue ketemu temen yg asik gitu deh haha
Hbs itu pindah ke US Hist, mulai tersesat nih haha akhirnya ketemu jg tapiiiiii!
Gurunya ngomong cepet bgt dah udah kyk balepan haha untung gue bisa ngerti haha
Lanjut ke English class di 2nd floor! Wah seru bgt nih guru,guru terkocak yg pernah gue temuin di Williamsport High School!!!!!! WAKAKAKAKA ngomongnya lucu trus ngocol haha
And then, Calculus! (hrsnya sih drama tp jadwal diubah,tau dah hr prtama sekolah bingung haha) di kelas ini anaknya seru2 deh,gokil2,trakhir2 pd bikin soal fisika ngocol, masa ada org jatoh bebas trus ditembak cannonball dari 2 arah dan akhirnya kepalanya putus dan pecah jd telor dadar ke ruang angkasa. Pertanyaannya : Berapa massa kepalanya di Bulan? HAHAHA
Ohya disini gue ktmu Caroline, baik bgt deh anaknya, kayak Ferinda gitu haha gue diajak lunch bareng (gue puasa sih) hahaha lanjut deh ke cafeteria, ngeliatin org makan ini itu jd tergoda untung iman gue kuat! AMIN YA ALLAH!
Nah disini gue bener2 tersesat, gue gatau dimana tuh drama class. Alhasil gue nanya ke Carrie dan dia nganterin gue looh hahaha baiknyaaaaa :DD
Di kelas drama ini gue ngeliat cwe cantiiiik gitu haha rambutnya blonde pink,namanya Audrey tp sampe skrg gue blm sempet kenalan. HAHAHA harus kenalan!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
After that, I went to the gym. Buset nih gede banget gym nyeeee. Lap basket indoor! gile haha
Last class, Biology!!! wow, gurunya seru,ngomong cepet tp kocak dan baik hahaha ada temen gue badannya gede gitu anak futbol suka ngocol hahaha trus ada juga temen gue anak bola disini, gue diajak masuk soccer team hehe
Yeah, first day at school was over and I ran out to the Schoolbus.
Jauh juga tuh line up bus nye! mane waktunye cuman 5 menit dr kelas ke bus gilee haha
Setelah prjalanan pnjang, akhirnya sampe juga dan selamat sampai rumah! hahaha
To conclude, the first day at school was AMAZING and CRAZY!!! hahaha I hope the next schooldays will be GREATER! AMIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIN! I love Williamsport Area High School!

A Story of Pennsylvania boy!
Hola, ¿cómo estás? hahaha
Hey, how is it going everyone?
I just wanna share my new life here haha
Now I live in Trout Run, Pennsylvania.
It's not a town or a city. It's just a postal office name hahaha So complicated but I don't care haha
And then, I will go to Williamsport Area High School for a year! 2009/2010! It's cool, isn't it?haha
Oh yeah, Williamsport is the city near my house. It's about 2 hours drive from Philadelphia.
That's rad!
This is just the beginning not even the climax hahaha
You know what? From now on until next year Insya Allah, I'm living with Scott Pershall. He's a very nice guy haha
Eventhough, I don't live with the family like my friends do, I'm still so happy or maybe HAPPIER than them haha because my hostdad is so funny like a comedian wakakakaka And I really enjoyed my life here :DD
I have my own room here. We have a basement, first floor and second floor.
A basement is just like a warehouse, but it has beds and washing machine, too.
First floor is for kitchen,2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, sofas and other equipment haha
Second floor is my favorite room for watching TV and movies hahaha
Oh yeah, I'm happy for being here!
I hope I can be better and better after this exchange program!
I hope I can do well, study hard, work hard, play hard, and pray hard!

I just wanna say SORRY to all of you if I had made mistakes to you all.
I know I'm not a perfect person. I'm just a crazy boy with outrageous acts hahaha
Forgive all of my mistakes before I'm going to USA please!!!
I need your prayers, too. I know I'm nothing without you all.
Your prayers are everything for me. Thanks for that!
I love you all guys. I'm happy because I have a lot of good friends like you all!
We'll meet again on 2010! HELL YESSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!
